Digital Product Licence

This licence explains what you may and may not do with the digital products you buy here. It applies to every product unless a specific product page states different terms.

On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide and perpetual licence to use the files you purchased, for yourself or for the business that paid for them.

• Use the product in unlimited personal projects.
• Use the product in commercial projects for your own business.
• Use the product in client work, where the final deliverable is a customised end product.
• Modify, adapt and combine the files with your own material.
• Keep using the files after a membership ends, for products you purchased individually.

• Reselling, sublicensing, gifting or redistributing the original or lightly modified files.
• Uploading files to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites, Telegram channels or course-dumping platforms.
• Sharing your account, download links or membership access with others.
• Using our products to build a directly competing template, asset or course library.
• Removing licence notices or claiming authorship of our original work.

A standard licence covers one business entity. If several teams or client accounts inside a larger organisation need access, contact us for an extended licence.

Some products include fonts, images, icons or code released under their own licences. Where that is the case, the third-party licence is included in the download and takes precedence for that asset.

Membership grants access to eligible products while the plan is active, under the same permitted-use rules. Files downloaded during an active membership may continue to be used in projects created during that period; new downloads stop when the plan expires.

Breaching this licence terminates it immediately, without refund, and may lead to takedown requests or legal action.
