These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the9street and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you accept these terms.

You must be able to enter a legally binding contract to buy from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts must not be shared, and shared credentials may be suspended.

We sell digital products delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and include applicable taxes where indicated. We may change prices, run offers, or withdraw a product at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

• Access is granted once payment is confirmed — usually instantly.
• Download links and files also remain available in your account library.
• If a payment is flagged, delayed or reversed, access may be paused until it is resolved.
• If delivery fails for any technical reason, contact support and we will restore access.

A membership grants access to the products included in your plan for the plan duration. Premium items may be restricted to higher tiers. Memberships are one-time payments for the stated period and do not auto-renew unless clearly indicated at checkout. When a plan expires, member pricing and member-only access stop, but individually purchased products remain yours.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or upload our files to any public or private sharing platform.
• Claim authorship of our products or resell them as your own templates or assets.
• Attempt to bypass payment, download limits or account restrictions.
• Use the website to transmit malware, scrape at scale, or interfere with its operation.

All content, branding and files on the9street remain our property or that of our licensors. Buying a product grants you a licence to use it as described in our Digital Product Licence — it does not transfer ownership.

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our products are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse refunds, or redistribute our files. No refund is due where access is removed for a breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
